your logic is flawed because it includes the common view that just because a person is successful at business or sport that they are fit to be successful in more influential spheres of public life (such as politics)
to the contrary, many who are successful in business or sport are out of touch with both reality & the ordinary lives of people or simply do not have that aptitude. they are simply delusional in believing that because they could lead a football team that they can suddenly lead a nation
how many top level footballers are subject to scandals? this shows being an elite sportsperson does not necessarily equip you for public life as a community leader
however, returning to the topic, imo, Adam is a very bad choice for DJs because, regardless of whether the Adam haters are wrong or right, due to the strong opinions against Adam, it is a very poor marketing decision
