    This halt is for capital raising. This is what is said on the announcement:

    REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT MMJ PhytoTech Limited (ASX: MMJ) requests a trading halt be placed on the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising. The Company requests the securities remain in pre-open until the earlier of an announcement regarding the proposed capital raising or the commencement of trade on Friday, 23 October 2015. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. Yours sincerely
