    Given that the Andean SP is now less than 30c, the KCN offer must look even more attractive.

    KCN owns over the 10% required to prevent a compulsory takeover from any other party (unless KCN agrees)....So forget another offer!

    The announcement by the BOARD of AND was like hitting someone with a feather...useless and uninformative!

    KCN will have significantly more AND shares after the blood bath of the last few days!
