Damon's grab for self interest isn't helping the share price. The buyers aren't stepping up expecting miracles from his renewed motivation and his silence is deafening.
Don't worry if he leaves. I know a very good Oil CEO looking for a challenge and he would step up for the current pay at the first opportunity.
