We have yet to secure a new aerospace/defence (aeronautical) contract under David Marino's leadership.
Certain that the last contract for this sector was the C130J Hercules back in late 2014.
Bringing Philippe Odouard into this new role as General Manager Strategy and Business Development (Aerospace and Defence) spells like damage control by QHL. Formally a Director and now General Manager does not make sense.
It seems to me that he has been allocated a more day to day role in handling strategies to address this major issue at hand.
