I don't think that anyone is manipulating things to buy but the lucky SI have been off loading slowly. They like to get there money and profit out asap so they are ready for the next offer that comes along. That said can any chartists confirm, I believe we are at the pointy end off a good flag, suggesting a break of .41 and we are on the next leg up, with resistance at .615 and a target of .82
