Spark New Zealand adopts Foreign Exempt ASX Listing
ASX has today confirmed that Spark New Zealand has changed its ASX admission
category from an ASX Listing to an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing, effective from
22 October 2015.

Spark New Zealand continues to have a full listing on the NZX Main Board, and
Spark New Zealand shares will continue to be listed on ASX and included in
all ASX indices as they are today.  Spark New Zealand intends to continue to
follow the corporate governance requirements of the ASX Corporate Governance
Council, in addition to the requirements of the NZX and the Financial Markets
Authority.
