    Re reading consideration (b) on page 2 . "Commenced or has contracted product development and production testing " . I interpret this as they have already met this consideration ? Why would you put " commenced or has contracted " . If there were no deals I thought it should read " Will commence or will contract product development and production testing " . Thoughts ?
