NS I am already 70, and I don't give a damn, to be sucked in hook, line and sinker is what peeves me off, we were told not so many years ago that this tenement was the best thing since sliced bread, I cannot in my life understand how this could not have been negotiated, even if we had to give away up to 70% to to get this show on the road, and remember it was like only yesterday that we were asked for more cash to progress to the next stage, this has been more than a fiasco, I cannot say on h/c what I really mean but Al Capone does come to mind.
