DILIGENT CORPORATION WINS GOLD IN BEST IN BIZ AWARDS INTERNATIONAL 2015

Diligent named the Gold winner for "Most Customer Friendly Company of the
Year"

WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND - THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2015 - Diligent Corporation
(NZX: DIL), leading provider of secure corporate governance and collaboration
solutions for boards and senior executives, won gold in the "Most Customer
Friendly Company of the Year" category in the Best in Biz Awards
International 2015, the only independent business awards program judged by
members of the press and industry analysts. More than 250 public and private
companies from over 30 countries and representing all sectors of the global
economy competed in this year's international program. Diligent was also
named "Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year" in the Best in Biz North
America Awards last year.

In 2014, Diligent received more than 62,000 incoming support calls. More than
99 percent of these calls were immediately picked up by a support staff
member, and fewer than three out of every 1,000 required a call back. All
answered calls were picked up directly by a person with no queueing or
directory tree. In addition to Diligent's Customer Support Team, all Diligent
customers are also assigned a dedicated Customer Success Team, which provides
unlimited training to all users and is also readily available to provide
additional customer assistance.

The winners of the Best in Biz Awards 2015 International were determined
based on scoring from a panel of 26 judges drawn from top-tier news,
business, finance and technology publications and media outlets from 19
countries, with all continents represented. This year's judging panel
included writers and contributors to such publications and organizations as
