The outcomes of the resolutions proposed at the TeamTalk Limited Annual
Shareholders Meeting held on 21 October 2015 were as follows:

1. That Reg Barrett be re-elected as a Director of TeamTalk Limited - passed
2. That Roger Sowry be re-elected as a Director of TeamTalk Limited - passed
3. That the Directors be authorised to fix the Auditors' Remuneration -
passed.
