Retirement of Director

Pursuant to Listing Rule 10.6.1 TeamTalk makes the following disclosures in
relation to the retirement of a Director.
As announced in the Notice of Meeting Russ Ballard retired by rotation and,
while being eligible, decided not to seek re-election.
Accordingly Russ retired from the Board at the close of yesterday's ASM.
In his speech to the ASM Roger Sowry, TeamTalk Chair, paid tribute to Russ
and his contributions over the 10 year period he has served as a Director.
