FAR - Trading Halt - Cap Raising - The Facts

Hi all,

For those on HC/FAR threads that so dearly love living in "The Parrellel Universe La-La-Land", I am sorry, but for clarity I had to post some facts re: Trading Halt and Cap Raising.

All that is known is that FAR are raising capital.

We do not know how many millions they are raising and at what price.

Anyone who is saying or posting figures is merely guessing and (some are indeed) misleading.

My educated guess is that this will indeed be another institutional placement and the retail investors will be hung out to dry again - that's the way it works.

Just had to post this because I grow tired of the keyboard warriors/brokers who have nothing better to do with their days but post drivel and misinformation.
