I am a bit concerned about this paragraph: "The study will be completed during october for review by the parties, to be followed by negotiations that are anticipated to lead later into the december quarter to agreement on a program to fund and develop NZIRP"
2 things from this:
A - Does this mean the current SPP will not be enough to finish the plant if they are suggesting a program to fund development?
B - Considering an agreement has not been reached then we run the risk of yet AGAIN having the goal posts moved and further delays on construction. If we did not continue to modify the flow then we would have a producing plant by now and would be able to self fund the development of a more advanced plant from the profits.
Is everyone else thinking similar or have I missed something.....?
