Good that shares are tightly held - CPB have no chance of picking off majority of shares. how they got 8% l dont know - was it them buying recently on market ?
of course if no further offer forthcoming then sp will drop, but that is ok
Mind you CPB would be v keen to get their hands on CCI - a perfect fit for them, but l dont want to own CPB, thanks
