Value investment rules based on which I have enjoyed fruits of long-term investment extremelly well are business fundamentals and business quality. I only go and see what Mr Market is offering is bargain compared to my own research & IV. In all honestly, I never paid attention to short term SP movement and if anything went in south since I acquire then I only saw it as another great buy opportuinty.
CCP is high quality company with strong fundamentals like 200M operating cash flow(FY 2015) with close to 180M net assets (after debt) and proven management reaffirming 2016 NPAT and onward performance and then comparing back to current SP is simply bargain. No brainer !
Another rule missed to mention earlier is margin of safety. My calculated IV is atleast $11 at higher discount rate & current price is providing solid margin of safety.
Lastly , In this group one friend is making nonsense comment for CCP business and I have noticed same member made similar comment in other forum for stock like TRS when it was $5.5 but finally what wins is quality of business and fundamental against price you pay.Higher the price to IV and lower return. Lower price to IV and higher returns.
