Does make you wonder with the US though..its too politically oriented as far as sides go it would seem to get their act together on nuclear. Outside up rates on current reactors, there being left behind.
The Political wills in China, Russia for eg. are far more determined and unified than those in the US. By the time they do get their act together, their going to get a reality slap in face..
