While there might not be much happening to the share price, there has been a subtle change in the buy/sell orders.

Prior to this announcement there were sell orders totalling in excess of a million shares at 5 and 5.2 cents. You will need to go to 5.5 cents to find those size parcels now and the number of sellers has dwindled to a handful.

On the buy side, there are about 70 buyers with bids in ranging between 4 and 4.5 cents. It looks like the pressure is starting to be felt by the buyers for a change.
