Proportional takeover resolution also looks a little sketchy ..... shady. Looks like the boys want to have a say in what you can do with 'your shares' so they can protect 'their necks/paycheques/bonuses/poor leadership'.
On the upside ... looks like they are trying to get ahead of a perceived threat.
Lets hope it becomes a reality and the t/o price is a few multiples of the current SP.
The overly legal wording in the document makes me think they are trying to confuse a few.......Not very nice IMO
