I agree, after a long time management appear to have turned around CDA. Unfortunately so many burnt in the past means the market is no longer interested in Codan.
Doing a share buyback, and possibly even borrowing modestly would be an excellent idea. Hopefully management will see the light.
I would feel more comforted if management bought shares as they don't hold a large amount. Align our interests!
