I have the same doubt as well, its not hard to inform the market about the Award in this week.
But the management did not do so.
I reckon there will be a BIG major Ann which will rocket share price,
Either together with the Award Ann in next week,
Or shortly after the That.
Another international contract maybe? Asians especially China is spending billions dollar on the air & water pollution
Technically it was a big breakout alert, and fundamentally PEH is getting better each day.
