How much do you think they will need to raise? 23million for the purchase (plus 11million bonus for revenue)minus 10% in shares but that will equal 10% dilution....I hope they know what they are doing, hopefully there is a hidden revenue stream about to come online ? batteries? alternatively the revenue from Mix and Go is approx 500k (and likely to increase 25-50% over next 4 quarters)that would service a 20million dollar loan!>? Interesting times. Lots to think about and will be interesting to see which route they take.
