I think there should be some optimism regarding the new company, VertigoAsia, that they will possibly acquire in the next couple of weeks when due diligence is completed. VertigoAsia has been proven to be a good performer and from my research, VertigoAsia gets contracts on a regular basis, and some that they have picked up in the past have been huge. (Check out their website). It has also been indicated to me that management went to Hong Kong today, so here's hoping that an ann. regarding VertigoAsia will be forthcoming in the near future. Lumacom's overheads are currently very low now, so any earnings from VertigoAsia will be VERY beneficial to LUM, AND keeping in mind they have a current cap of around $3.2mill, more than $0.5mill in the bank, and 2 signs in Turkey which are not costing the company anything.
With new management and with VertigoAsia acquisition, this company will be worth watching
