IMF group imply that Ashley’s prospectus issued on 7 August 2014 not properly identifying and accounting for the impact of the abolition of a federal government payment called 'Tools for Your Trade' .
But abolition of this payment was announced on May 14, way before IPO.
So investors can't make their own prediction base on that info? if they can't make prediction why expect others to predict it base on that info ?
