Yes just been reading the ann again cheers but I suppose it depends who is going to participate in the CR
there will be close to 1.5bill shares on offer post deal if no consol. If for example the Zyber investors tookup all the CR (if they were given first dibs)after a Consol would that not then give them a better hold of the coy potentially 500mill out of a 750 mill total? As let's face it they don't want retails like me and probably 60% of holders atm with controlling interests in their new baby. Only takes 5% these days to cause headaches for boards
I hear you but still don't buy into no chance of a consol.
I hope I am wrong but don't think so. only time will tell I suppose.
