Hi @Kunleesp the WiseOwl report linked above definitely includes the Track Acquisition in its valuation. WiseOwl initiated coverage in February with a price target of $0.38, after the Track acquisition was announced they released a revised report in June with an estimate of $0.63 contingent on how they estimated the deal to be structured (they got pretty close) - this new target assumes the deal will go through, and bases the valuation on combined earnings. The most recent report, linked above, was released in September and reaffirms this target.
