Overall I thought the tone of the Annual Report was upbeat. Very heartened to see the company is looking out for shareholders again. The debt situation is much better and the company is well position re bonds. The recent spate of takeovers and mergers is healthy for the sector and bound to reflect in Horizon's share price. Chart is looking better than it has for a long time though I will be more confident when with the formation of Golden Cross. Till then it has to break the wall of resistence between 12 and 17c.
