On the surface, the purchase of the remaining Guardian shares seems another big win. However I confess to a degree of puzzlement.
Please correct me if I am wrong but I have understood Guardian was wholly owned by Josh Pitt of Thunderbox fame. A very astute and clever miner and investor.
If that is so then it begs the question why Pitt would be willing to sell out of what looks to be a great success story. There is no doubt he of all people understands the potential of the company. So what gives ??
