it was announced that Hazelwood Resources is in the process of selling its two Australian tungsten assets, the Big Hill and Mt. Mulgine projects, to Tungsten Mining for consideration of $1.000.000 in cash plus 5 million shares in the latter company, representing $190.000 at the most recent share price of $0.038. The two projects in question that represent 5,1 million MTUs of WO3 in M&I resources sell for $1.2 million.
Mt. Carbine represents M&I resources of 3,4 million MTUs.
