So, not being familiar with this sort of thing, what happens if they are thwarted by the T/O Panel AND CuDeco can't get any other funding.....I assume administration is the next step? The company is then flogged off for whatever the Administrators can get for it....do we (shareholders) end up even more stiffed (i.e. with nothing) and tres Amigoes could purchase it for even less?
