I was at the Extraordinary Meeting - there were about 4 investors there. All resolutions by the aggitating shareholders (who did not even bother to come along) were knocked back and David and John Hamilton gave us an update on the Peru block farm-in and what potential there was for it. Could be worth a couple of hundred million dollars should the drill be successful. So as a punt, the upside is enormous for AVD.
They were pretty disappointed that the aggitators didn't pull the meeting because it took up time and energy but they are keen to forge on with the drill partner now (Union Group)
Now to buy some more down at these mad prices. Market will wake up as takeovers and oil price improves
