Doesn't anyone get it. The reason the share price is where it is , is because when Allied Health needed a capital raising vehicle for the vaccine they conned Bio- MD management into valuing Allied at 6 x BioMD. Thus increasing number of shares from 200 million to around 800 million.
Both parties at the time must have known they would need to raise large amounts of capital. For such experienced men you have to wonder what they were thinking. Forecasting the position they were going to put the company in would have been easy. The only rational explanation is greed and stupidity at the highest level.
So where to from here? Tomboy seems to be asking all the right questions. Good stuff. But the company will need to raise more capital either way. Otherwise they would not be looking for shareholder approval for an extra 10% shares for possible future capital. That plus 15% = total 25% x 1. 8 billion = another 450 million (ball park) increasing shares to 2.25 billion in next 12 months.
    That is why consolidation.
Nothing we can do about past decisions but regretfully I think consolidation is the only way out of this mess for everyone involved.
However I think share holders should have control over how future capital is raised. I am no expert in these matters but offering to sophisticated investors at low prices should not happen unless by shareholder approval.
