The two Chinese entities are each substantial holders, which means they will need to notify their changes when they exceed 1% of the total shares in the company - which is a bit over each change of 7 million shares UNTIL they cease to be substantial holders (5% of total shares). The one with a bit under 45 million shares will have two more notifications, one at about 37 million shares and a final one 'ceasing to be a substantial holder'. Perhaps they might occur together since there would not be much difference.
Regardless of their possible/actual sell down the VALUE of TNG is not diminished, there are just a lot more cheap shares available while it is happening. Nevertheless, it is bloody annoying on a day to day basis!!!
