This is my thinking as well . if the company wants to get this above 2 cents , wouldn't they realease all the good news between the period when the NOM is announced and shareholder meeting ? We know there was a delay getting the NOM out . If they released news two weeks ago we would have spiked for a few days and back down again . The time frame is usually four weeks between the NOM ANN and meeting. so one good ANN a week gets you over the 2 cent mark IMO
