true, i do hope that is the case.
although if it is it might come back to schwale's point that there needs to be a bit more thought put into the ann's. because all-in-all, today's ann did not warrant the price movement. if you consider what investor's/trader's expectations were, you can maybe start to justify the sell down, even though fundamentally everything is okay.
think it comes back to the age old adage, under promise and over deliver
