minizoongs if you refer to FAS quarterly and annual reports they in my opinion appear to be drowning in debt which is approx $12 million. As such the city council is "the tip on the iceberg", in my opinion FAS position is very precarious as if a creditor such as the City Council issues a letter of demand then receivership would look like a distinct possibility.
