I sold my third parcel of what was a very large holding in FET (leaving 50%) - the net profit over the last 5 months was approx. 10% - taking advantage of the very low level of leveridgeing available on this very sound REIT....... its not so bad considering where the market has gone over the same period....... now bidding to get back in at a lower price
