Hi Djred - It's confirmed so long as it doesn't close below 1c. Price may try to retag the 1c breakout. Happens around 1/2 the time. Alterntively price can continue to move upwards.
I don't use indicators.

As CHP's price is also influenced by RFN's by having an indirect stake in RFN - here is the RFN daily. As mentioned yesterday - RFN has the potential go begin to go parabolic with that channel breakout. Woudn't we all love that!
