I think you're on to it re Denver. On the 7/10 they had 2,228,955 shares left. Feeding in 150,000 or so shares a day I'm thinking they may well be out now and CCP can recover from here. A bit early to call it ; hope not as i missed my entry,but that could be one mitigating reason the s/p was held down.
