No your not your point was that allied healthcare and the holders of it screwed the shareholders over with the deal BOD entered and agreed to on behalf of all shareholders. So the problem you have is not with Lee as you seem blame him for the deal, Rather than the board that asked for the deal in the 1st place.
Like I said they are in court now because Lee is acting on behalf of the currant shareholders for the best possible outcome for all shareholders, so we don't get screwed over by a couple of other very small stakeholders, (that should know better IMO)
