@iknownothing, share your concern. But then again, do you think AEP would propose a better farm-in arrangement - like announced today - if the Directors did not support the revised WestSide offer?. I believe the directors "support" to WestSide proposal greatly contributed to why AEP came up with the revised farm-in arrangement. Now, it's WestSide's turn to come up with a MUCH better proposal ASAP. Otherwise, bye bye WestSide.
