"Online mobile promotion & third party cost", any idea?

In reference to the latest ann rep.

Could anyone pls explain what " Online mobile promotion & third party cost" is? Didn't find any clue from the notes.

It was a massive increase from previous year, and I think it should be explained somewhere.

You would assume it's just promotion fee, then why is there another $29147 spend on promotion and advertising under other expenses?

Got quite confused. 2mil spend on mkt promotion on a 4mil revenue isn't something small.

Regarding the potential market, also bear in mind, the current few provinces are more developed in terms of GDP, at least the top three are all included.

Also, anywhere to find a more particular explain on it's technology, it's position in the value chain, and it's relationship with unionpay and alipay(wasn't that clear in the investor ppt). Coz alipay itself is a big online pay dealer, why work with smarttrans?and there are also other strong competitors
