might I suggest that the last 6 months has actually been training the sellers.
The news flow has been there for people to digest.
It was not that hard to see the 24th Sept as a trigger, since we all had the relevant info, kimberlite indicator minerals with garnet type classification, Dr.Wards comments, and, for what its worth, a bit of a profile on Miles.
For me the current price action has been all about lowering peoples price expectations.
Let's face it .... not many here can accurately predict that value of a commercial kimberlite without having all the numbers provided to them.
Plenty can do the math, but few are capable of doing the requisite thinking IMO.
