I'm a TA noob so thats why I always quiz anyone that puts up a chart asking them to explain.
@Dr.Seuss looking at the chart what (if any) particular area sparks your interest? the fact that the SP is screwing about at the 2.7-2.9 range on such low volume only has me annoyed, not worried. On the volume note it seems like there is a high volume day or two buiding.
