Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting, page-9

I feel this is the time up to the AGM that we could see plenty of action and maybe todays turnover is a signal of higher turnovers which should lead to the exiting of shareholders that have been waiting for turnovers to increase. but it may put a cap on rises of the SP until they are all gone.
I am reasonably confident that the following will occur;
*More drilling results, so hopefully good ones.
*Settlement and hence the transparency as a single entity will be welcomed by the market.The return of the $1.519,000 held be SPM being treated separately by the auditors until settlement occurs.
*The transfer of leases and mining tenements into CSD
*Issue of shares to SPM.

The notice of the AGM and the resolutions is the confidence factor the market needed to go forward....but there has been many false dawns, so lets see how it plays out
