These are not two blocking stakes.25% is not a blocking stake ,however 51% is both a blocking stake and a takeover stake.
Whenever is see a holder with 51%, i always think takeover because they can just launch an on market takeover and most will accept.
Yesterday GBE rose a few points after Mondays run, and today i think we will see GBE run into the 3's quite comfortably.
