All he would have to do is to utilise a .. with a .. to avoid being banned on a new account. I'm sure everyone can handle filling in the blanks.
What you will notice with the chart above, is it inclines then declines (I know right!), the chart at the moment is tapering out, so we can expect it to sit at either 0.7 or 0.8 until an announcement hits. Not too much of a pattern, just the natural nature of a stock with no price sensitive announcements for a little while.
As a few others have said, it's anyone's guess. But I wouldn't expect any major action until the price sensitive announcements happen. Further, due to the update, I don't expect an announcement for about 5+ more days, otherwise they wouldn't have bothered with an update.
