making some observations. don't get too defensive! my calls on BRU and LNG and LNR have been correct. just highlighting some information that appears to be glossed over by the bulls and improving the general education of this forum.

by way of example: you are all latching onto neighbouring transactions as basis to maintain your faith in AZZ. yet Northern Star and Big Star are undeveloped ie no production, no reserves and thus 0% HBP. this compares to the W&T ground just sold that as of mid last CY was 85% HBP, had +38mmbbls of 1P, 47mmbboe of 2P and 3400boepd of production....and just sold for $14500. I'm sorry to say, I can't see why AZZ's land will go for anywhere near to the US$13k/acre implied for Big Star and US$11K/acre for Northern Star.
