I kindly direct you to the recent announcement by the company that they sold all their prime shares, so i assume that gives them plenty of cash for the time being.

Any acquisition dilutes the existing shareholders. You need to understand the end valuations and make your decision to invest.

If xped achieves a 150M market cap i would suggest they deserve every bit of their milestone as everyone wins. Or are you in the business of owning 100% of nothing?

Im sure the 1PG shareholders are concerned by the issuing shares to acquire the technology.
