I would think that the deal will need to be approved by shareholders so how can it start trading on the 21st. I would have thought that it would have been suspended for a lot longer. The whole company will need to be restructed. I could be wrong. It is good news however and look forward to learn about the deal. No shortage of big buyers so this could only be a good thing.
